Job summary

Bytewize Consulting is seeking experienced IT professionals to deliver ICT support to Victorian schools through the Technical Support to Schools Program (TSSP). These roles require substantial expertise and a track record in education-sector ICT, with flexible employment options (contract, casual, or permanent) and a competitive salary range.

Positions involve managing ICT infrastructure, network and server administration, delivery of staff training, and collaboration with school leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in ICT, with depth in school/education environments preferred.
• Experience within the Technical Support to Schools Program (TSSP) or extensive education-sector ICT exposure is highly valued.
• Eligibility to work in Australia and a current driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership teams and deliver ICT professional development when required.
