Iron Mountain is seeking ICT Sales Professionals in Granville, NSW to identify opportunities and promote ICT products and services to corporate clients. You will develop client relationships, prepare quotations, negotiate terms and coordinate product delivery in a full-time role based on site in Granville.

The role requires knowledge of ICT products, strong sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end sales activities with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, BIS, Marketing or related field.
• Five years of ICT sales experience may substitute formal qualifications.
• Experience in ICT sales and technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ICT products, software and services.
• Ability to identify prospects, develop opportunities and manage relationships.

Responsabilités

• Identify prospective business clients using directories, networks and market research.
• Maintain knowledge of ICT products, Iron Mountain solutions and market trends.
• Visit clients to establish relationships, identify sales opportunities and grow business.
• Assess customer needs and explain ICT products and services including data storage and lifecycle management.
• Promote and sell ICT products to corporate and commercial clients.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and record orders and transactions.
• Coordinate delivery of ICT products with technical teams and service providers.
• Report sales activity, revenue and market feedback to management.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address issues.
• Maintain sales documentation and monitor expense reports.
• Develop and manage sales pipelines toward targets.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations and solution discussions.
