Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated ICT Support Technician in Granville NSW 2142 to deploy, maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, networks and web-based technologies. You will diagnose issues, configure hardware and software, and support staff across a busy information technology environment.

This full-time, permanent role requires strong IT knowledge, problem-solving skills and the ability to work with IT teams and external providers to ensure reliability, security and efficient ICT

Qualifications

• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in IT or related field.
• 3+ years of ICT support experience or applicable vendor certs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for deployment, operation and maintenance of ICT infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and system issues.
• Install and configure software and hardware, and maintain documentation.
• Support network connectivity and peripheral equipment, plus user assistance.
• Collaborate with IT teams and external providers to ensure service reliability.
