Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer to strengthen its IAM function in Perth. You will deliver secure identity platforms, govern access, and drive automation across enterprise-scale environments.

The role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and governance solutions, with autonomous delivery and strong business engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of hands-on IAM, security engineering or identity architecture in a complex enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IAM engineering projects and resolve complex identity and access management problems.
• Manage competing priorities independently, balancing project delivery with technical issue resolution.
• Engineer and improve access management, identity governance, authentication and privileged access solutions.
• Support PKI and certificate lifecycle services, including certificate issuance for secure websites.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, explain technical options and recommend practical solutions.
• Improve reliability and reduce manual effort through automation, standardisation and clear engineering practices.
• Document solutions and share knowledge to broaden team capability and support effective operational handover.
