Job summary

Smartgroup in Sydney is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to lead Identity and Access management across cloud and hybrid platforms, delivering secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions. Design, implement and maintain Azure and Microsoft 365 infrastructure; drive cloud adoption with governance and compliance; lead IAM initiatives such as Azure AD, SSO, MFA, RBAC and PIM.

Qualifications

Must have hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platforms and services.
Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management including Azure AD/Entra ID, SSO, MFA, RBAC and privileged access controls.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and maintain secure, scalable cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies.
Drive the adoption of cloud services across the organisation with governance and compliance.
Lead IAM initiatives including Azure Active Directory, SSO, MFA, RBAC and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
Implement and optimise cloud security solutions including Defender for Cloud and Sentinel.
