Airswift is seeking a Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer to join Perth-based operations within the Cyber Security function. You will deliver identity projects, design scalable identity architecture and roadmaps, and resolve complex IAM problems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Eight+ years in IAM, security engineering or identity architecture within a complex enterprise.
• Proven delivery experience on identity projects with strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to self-manage, prioritise workload and deliver with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and effective business engagement.

Aufgaben

• Deliver IAM engineering projects and resolve complex identity and access management problems.
• Manage competing priorities independently, balancing project delivery with technical issue resolution.
• Engineer and improve access management, identity governance, authentication and privileged access solutions.
• Support PKI and certificate lifecycle services, including certificate issuance for secure websites.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend practical solutions.
• Improve reliability and reduce manual effort through automation, standardisation and engineering practices.
• Document solutions and share knowledge to broaden team capability and support handover.
