Job summary

Arup Australia seeks an HV Transmission & Distribution Technical Lead to steer design and delivery across T&D, substations, solar, BESS and wind projects. You will mentor staff, lead bid preparation, and manage projects from scope to delivery within the Energy team.

You will guide technical performance, connect with clients and partners, and drive innovative solutions while coordinating across APAC and WA. Strong background in HV power and related design tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Recognised tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in HV power, T&D/substation design and consulting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical design leadership for T&D engineering across projects and bid teams.
• Lead and coordinate design bids and liaise with consultants, contractors and clients.
• Mentor and train staff on projects and promote learning within the WA Energy team.
• Project manage T&D infrastructure projects to scope, budget and schedule.
