Morson Edge Australia, an established electrical contractor, seeks an Electrical Site Manager/Foreman to lead HV and LV construction on a major hospital project in Sydney's Inner West. You will manage large site teams, coordinate complex installations and drive safe, on-time delivery on a high-profile healthcare scheme.

Ideal candidates bring extensive HV/LV experience, strong leadership and a track record delivering major commercial or infrastructure projects.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years' experience as Electrical Foreman, Supervisor or Site Manager in Australian electrical construction.
• Proven experience supervising HV & LV installations on major commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Hospital/healthcare or large-scale construction project experience is highly regarded.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day HV & LV electrical construction works on the hospital project in Sydney's Inner West.
• Supervise electrical tradespeople, Leading Hands and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient work per specifications.
• Coordinate HV/LV switchgear, substations, transformers, and main switchboards.
• Manage site programming, labour allocation, materials, and subcontractor activities.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers and other trades to align with construction program.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate HV-related activities with authorised personnel, including isolations, testing, and energisation.
• Monitor site progress, productivity, quality assurance, and milestones.
• Ensure WHS compliance and HV/LV safety procedures per Australian Standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and site coordination conflicts.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, and final handover.
