Randstad is seeking a Senior Project Manager for HV infrastructure and energy projects in Sydney, NSW. You will lead large-scale EPC initiatives from conception to handover, oversee budgets, schedules, and safety standards, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers in a fast-paced energy environment.

Qualifications

• HV infrastructure and large EPC project experience.
• Experience with grid connection and commissioning activities.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management.
• Ability to deliver on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Build & maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, sub-contractors, suppliers
• Prioritise quality, safety and HSEQ standards
• Provide technical and site leadership across engineering, procurement, and construction
• Lead projects from conception through to commissioning and handover
• Lead end-to-end project execution, project leadership
