Job summary

JD Ross Energy is recruiting an experienced Electrical Project Manager for a major hyperscale data centre expansion in Sydney. You will own the electrical delivery package from installation through energisation and handover, ensuring safety, quality, programme, and commercial targets are achieved.

Key responsibilities include leading all electrical works, managing subcontractors and suppliers, driving milestones, and coordinating commissioning with client teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join one of Australia's leading contractors delivering a major hyperscale data centre expansion in Sydney.

Following the successful completion of a 20MW Stage 1 upgrade, the next phase of the project will deliver an additional 52MW of critical capacity, increasing the site's total capacity to 88MW.

This is a landmark mission-critical project involving complex electrical infrastructure, commissioning, and stakeholder management.

As Electrical Project Manager, you will take ownership of the electrical delivery package from installation through to energisation and handover, ensuring safety, quality, programme, and commercial targets are achieved.

This is a minimum of an 18 month contract with an option to extend and ideally operating through your own ABN and have PR.
