Job summary

Morson Edge Australia is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join its Sydney team. The role oversees projects from planning through commissioning, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and procurement to deliver on time and to specification.

You will manage programmes and budgets, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure QA, WHS and compliance across live facilities. A strong electrical trades background and proven PM experience in commercial construction or building

Qualifications

• Electrical trades qualification and registration or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing electrical projects from planning to handover.
• Experience delivering works in commercial construction or building services.
• Comfort with operating environments that are live and in operation.

About the role

Morson Edge is partnering with an established Australian electrical contractor seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join its Sydney team. The business delivers electrical and building services projects across commercial, government, industrial and critical infrastructure environments, with a strong pipeline of repeat work from long-standing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from planning through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and procurement.
• Manage programmes, budgets, forecasting, variations and cost control.

About You

Projects are typically delivered within existing and live operational facilities, covering electrical upgrades, refurbishments and infrastructure works involving switchboards, power distribution, generators, UPS systems, lighting and associated electrical services.
