Job summary

SYSTRA ANZ is seeking expressions of interest from Human Factors professionals to work across a variety of high-profile transport projects in Australia. You would provide HF expertise autonomously with support from the HF and SESA teams, or as part of a multidisciplinary SYSTRA team.

You’d join a well-established HF team across Australia, mentoring resources, driving business development and collaborating with SE/SA teams to deliver integrated services.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Factors, Ergonomics or Psychology with professional HF status.
• Minimum 10+ years applying HF methods, including rail sector experience.
• Experience in HF Integration and Assurance and knowledge of applicable standards.
• Ability to perform detailed research, analysis and proposal writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide HF consulting to clients in rail and other sectors.
• Lead technical delivery of HF work on infrastructure projects and HF integration/assurance activities.
• Lead or contribute to tender submissions from a HF perspective.
• Provide HF support across opportunities and sectors as they arise.
