Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Human Factors expert to strengthen safety culture across the organisation, delivering HF leadership across projects and integrating HF into design processes.

You will work with stakeholders to apply HF techniques in high‑reliability environments, lead consultations, and drive improvements in HF foundations and practices across programs.

Qualifications

• Strong demonstrated ability in applying HF techniques in complex, high‑reliability environments.
• Experience in consultation, facilitation and representing Human Factors with internal and external stakeholders.
