Job summary

Pathway Recruitment is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to lead Health, Safety, Environment and Quality management across diverse projects, including utility infrastructure, renewables, and live operations in NSW. You will drive a high-performance safety culture and reporting at executive level.

You will manage ISO-certified systems, risk and incident investigations, pre-contract support, and continuous improvement initiatives, engaging field teams and clients alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in a senior HSEQ/leadership role within civil construction, utilities or renewables.
• Experience managing ISO-certified management systems.
• Strong incident investigation, risk management, auditing and compliance experience.
• Ability to develop and author safety, quality and environmental documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of HSEQ strategy aligned to growth objectives.
• Drive continual improvement across safety, quality, environmental and risk management systems.
• Provide executive-level reporting on HSEQ performance, trends and risks.
• Support tendering activities with HSEQ content and compliance requirements.
