Job summary

SCEE Electrical Pty is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to lead our Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Risk functions. Based in Perth with travel to sites, you will guide governance, assurance and strategic direction across projects and operations.

You will manage integrated management systems, drive improvements, and lead audits and investigations. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership across national teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership in HSEQ, Safety or Risk Management.
• Experience with integrated management systems and certification frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel interstate and lead audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of HSEQ and Risk Management Frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement across safety, environmental, quality and risk.
• Lead audits, investigations and assurance activities.
• Support operations in managing risk and maintaining HSEQ performance.
• Provide leadership to project HSE teams nationally.
• Monitor regulatory changes and industry best practice.
• Deliver HSEQ reporting to senior leadership.
• Travel to project sites and locations as required.
