Job summary

Zenergy Group in North West Sydney is seeking a senior HSEQ Manager to lead integrated management systems for construction projects, aligning with ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OFSC accreditation. You will audit, report findings, run workshops with executives, and mentor site teams while shaping safety culture and compliance across won tenders and ongoing works.

The role requires 5–8 years in HSEQ within construction, tertiary qualifications in WHS/Quality/Environmental Mgmt or Engineering,

Qualifications

5–8 years in HSEQ consulting or in-house management systems within construction.
tertiary qualifications in WHS, Quality, Environmental Management, Engineering, or related field.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement integrated management systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HSEQ management systems aligned to ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OFSC schemes.
Conduct internal audits, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Facilitate workshops to map processes and design system requirements.
Perform site audits and safety inspections across active construction sites.
Develop tailored HSEQ strategies and improvement plans for clients.
Provide advisory support for certification and accreditation.
Support tendering and project delivery with HSEQ input.
