Kelsian Group Limited is seeking an experienced HSEQ assurance professional to strengthen governance and performance across its Australian operations. You will conduct assurance activities, challenge risk controls, and support safer, more sustainable transport and services.
You will lead site visits, deliver executive reports, and partner with global HSEQ teams to ensure management systems meet Australian/International standards. Travel across Australia is expected.

This is an opportunity for an experienced HSEQ assurance professional to work across Kelsian Group’s diverse Australian operations, providing independent assurance, challenging the effectiveness of critical risk controls and helping lift the maturity of our HSEQ management systems. You will work closely with operational and senior leaders, providing insights that strengthen governance, improve performance and support safer, more sustainable operations.
In this role you will provide assurance over the effective management of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality critical risks and the effectiveness of the HSEQ Management Systems by conducting assurance activities across our Australian operations. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards in health, safety, environment, and quality.
This role contributes to Kelsian Group’s governance, assurance, and ESG framework by providing objective assessments of HSEQ performance, risk management effectiveness, and system maturity across all Australian business units.
