Job summary

Kelsian Group Limited is seeking an experienced HSEQ assurance professional to strengthen governance and performance across its Australian operations. You will conduct assurance activities, challenge risk controls, and support safer, more sustainable transport and services.

You will lead site visits, deliver executive reports, and partner with global HSEQ teams to ensure management systems meet Australian/International standards. Travel across Australia is expected.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Work Health & Safety (Essential)
• Lead Auditor certification in ISO 45001/14001/9001 (Essential)
• 5+ years in HSEQ compliance, audit, or risk management in a multi-site environment
• Must hold PR or Australian Citizenship; visa sponsorship not offered

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a risk-based HSEQ assurance program across Australian operations.
• Support external ISO certification audits with internal audits of management systems.
• Monitor corrective actions and audit findings to ensure closure and effectiveness.
• Prepare executive assurance reports for Head of Risk, Assurance & ESG and committees.
• Travel across Australia to provide HSEQ coverage and site-based assurance.
