Job summary

Kelsian Group Limited is seeking an experienced Senior HSEQ Internal Auditor to drive assurance across its Australian operations. You will assess health, safety, environment and quality risks, and evaluate the maturity of HSEQ management systems.

You will partner with senior leaders to strengthen governance, support safer operations, and enable continuous improvement through data-driven insights and robust audit reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in HSEQ compliance, audit, or risk management.
• Lead Auditor certification in ISO 45001/14001/9001.
• Tertiary qualification in Work Health & Safety.
• PR or Australian Citizenship; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a risk-based HSEQ Assurance Program across Australian operations.
• Support external ISO certification audits with internal audits of management systems.
• Monitor completion and effectiveness of corrective actions and non-conformances.
• Prepare executive-level assurance reports for Head of Risk, Assurance & ESG and Committees.
• Travel primarily across Australia, with potential for international assignments.
