Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced HSE Manager to lead client site safety and environmental programs across regional portfolios. You will translate enterprise HSE standards and client requirements into practical field guidance, driving audits, training governance, and incident response on site.

You will oversee program deployment, escalation management, and continuous improvement, partnering with Legal, HR, Procurement, and Global HSE to ensure compliance and safety culture maturity across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent field experience in HSE, Industrial Hygiene, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of progressive HSE experience with field or client site work.
• Demonstrated experience leading regional programs, portfolios, or multi-site operations.
• Strong working knowledge of relevant safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of ISNetworld, Avetta, ComplyWorks platforms.
• Proven experience leading audits, investigations, and corrective action programs.
• Professional certification (CSP or international equivalent such as Chartered OHS Professional, CMIOSH, or NEBOSH International Diploma).
• Experience supporting high-risk industries or complex client environments.
• Strong client facing communication and escalation management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operationalize client site and offsite HSE programs across regions/accounts.
• Translate enterprise HSE standards and client safety requirements into practical field execution guidance.
• Ensure audits, inspections, training validation, and incident response processes are consistently implemented.
• Own governance of training, contractor safety controls, and site readiness processes.
• Act as HSE lead for assigned client accounts or regions and coordinate with Legal, HR, Procurement, and Global HSE.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action follow-up.
• Identify gaps and drive program improvements; contribute to global tools and templates.
