Job summary

Pact Group Holdings Ltd is hiring an HSES Advisor to drive a whole-site Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability program. The role ensures compliance with WHS laws, conducts risk assessments, audits and investigations, and supports system implementation across multiple sites.

You will lead training, mentor teams across shifts, and work with leaders, unions and regulators to sustain improvements and timely incident closure. A proactive, continuous improvement mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Safety and Environmental position.
• Preferred Certificate IV, Diploma in Environmental field or similar tertiary qualification.

Responsibilities

• Champion a positive safety culture and lead HSES initiatives across the site.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections and incident investigations.
• Support the implementation of HSES systems, policies and compliance requirements.
• Drive corrective actions, continuous improvement and risk mitigation activities.
• Deliver HSES training, coaching and awareness programs across multiple shifts.
• Partner with leaders, employees, unions and regulators to achieve strong HSES outcomes.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports and ensure timely incident management and action closure.
