Qualifications

• Tertiary degree in health and safety or extensive relevant experience.
• Experience mentoring senior health and safety professionals.
• Ability to advise on governance systems and safety lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to implement Thiess Governance System (TGS) and Project Governance System (PGS).
• Provide strategic safety advice across project lifecycle planning, implementation and demobilisation.
• Ensure compliance with national and state health and safety legislation.
• Foster a safety-focused culture and proactive risk mitigation.
