Job summary

Webuild S.p.A. in Perth, WA, seeks a Senior HSE Advisor to join the Project Ceres team on a 19:9 rotation.

Reporting to the HSE Lead, you will ensure operations comply with local regulations, industry best practices, and internal policies while promoting a proactive safety culture. You will conduct audits, investigations, and risk assessments; deliver HSSE training; monitor compliance; and prepare data-driven reports for management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HSSE advisory roles, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Strong knowledge of national HSSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in incident investigations and root cause analysis techniques.

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the HSSE management system.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and support root cause analysis.
• Deliver HSSE training and toolbox talks to employees and contractors.

• Prepare reports and present HSSE performance data to management.

Senior HSE Advisor Date: 9 Sept 2026 Location: Perth, Australia Company: Webuild S.p.A. Deliver a sustainable future with WA’s landmark urea project! Clough, as part of a joint venture, is delivering the Project Ceres urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities. We are currently searching for a Senior HSE Advisor to join our team on the Project Ceres, on a 19:9 rotation to site. Reporting to the HSE Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring all operations comply with local regulations, industry best practices & internal policies. You’ll further provide expert guidance & promote a proactive safety culture.
