Clough in Perth is seeking an HSSE Advisor to join Project Ceres on a 19:9 site rotation. You will support the HSSE management system, perform site audits and risk assessments, lead investigations and deliver toolbox talks.

Reporting to the HSE Lead, you will ensure compliance with Australian regulations, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, prepare HSSE reports and help foster a proactive safety culture across contractors and employees.

Competenze

• Proven experience in an HSSE advisory role, preferably in Oil & Gas environment.
• Strong knowledge of national HSSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in incident investigation and root cause analysis techniques.

Clough, as part of a joint venture, is delivering the Project Ceres urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities. We are currently searching for an HSE Advisor to join our team on the Project Ceres, on a 19:9 rotation to site. Reporting to the HSE Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring all operations comply with local regulations, industry best practices & internal policies. You’ll further provide expert guidance & promote a proactive safety culture.
