Job summary

Densford Civil is seeking a Senior HSE Advisor to shape our safety function and lead across Perth Metro civil construction projects. You will partner with operations, mentor the HSE team and drive continuous improvement across the business.

Reporting to the HSE Coordinator, you’ll provide strategic and operational HSEQ support, lead audits, investigations and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 systems. This role offers strong leadership opportunities and a clear succession pathway.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of HSE experience in civil construction or related industry.
• Diploma or Degree in WHS (or similar) required.
• Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation.
• Experience with ISO-certified management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide HSE leadership across Perth projects.
• Conduct audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior HSE team members.
• Build strong relationships with project teams and stakeholders.

About the Role

About You

You’ll bring:

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
• Current WA Driver's Licence
