Job summary

Intro Recruitment Solutions seeks a Senior HSE Advisor for commercial construction on the Gold Coast. You will own safety programs, work with site teams and subcontractors to drive compliance and productivity.

You will lead toolbox talks, conduct site audits and review SWMS while ensuring timely milestone delivery and paperwork excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working for a commercial/multi-residential builder.
• Ability to communicate with Senior Management and subcontractors.
• Diligent with paperwork and documentation.
• Hands-on and proactive approach to the role.
• Proven ability to conduct toolbox talks and on-site training.

Responsibilities

• Lead toolbox talks and site safety meetings.
• Perform site audits and compliance checks.
• Review SWMS and manage safety incidents.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors and senior staff.
• Ensure adherence to construction safety legislation and site rules.

To be successful, you will have the following:

• Must have 3+ years working for a commercial/multi residential builder
• Confidence in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and sub contractors
• Diligent with your paperwork
• Have the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team
• Have a hands on and proactive approach to your role
• Minimum Cert IV in Health and Safety
• Strong knowledge of construction safety legislation and site compliance
• Experience reviewing SWMS, conducting audits and managing incidents
• The confidence to work with site teams, subcontractors and senior project staff
