Diageo Australia is seeking a Senior HRBP to partner with Executive members across Commercial, Marketing and Finance, supporting around 200 employees from Sydney HQ. The role sits in People & Culture as a senior leader, shaping the people strategy and leading end-to-end P&C initiatives in a hybrid Sydney-based environment.

You will own talent for the function, enable decisions on succession, culture, and workforce investment, and collaborate with CoEs and offshore People Services.

Qualifikationen

• : Senior HRBP experience partnering Executive members in a complex, matrixed environment.
• : Strong commercial acumen connecting people strategy to growth and financial outcomes.
• : Generalist capability across talent, OE, culture, leadership, performance and change.
• : Experience leading end-to-end people projects or strategic HR pillars with measurable business impact.
• : Understanding of the Australian employment landscape, people risk and ER matters.
• : Confidence using HR systems and analytics to generate insights and track outcomes.
• : Independent problem solver with strong judgement, pace, resilience and delivery orientation.
• : Credible with Executive stakeholders; able to coach deeply and build trust quickly.
• : Strong commercial lens; close to the numbers and comfortable with growth and transformation.
