Job summary

Dobbs Doherty Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Leader to shape and scale our people function as we grow. You’ll report to the Director overseeing People and Culture and work closely with the Director group on people strategy, handling day-to-day HR while building policies, systems and programs.

The role offers real influence from day one and a path to lead a HR team. Hybrid working with up to two days WFH is available, and you’ll engage across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane offices, focusing

Qualifications

• 5+ years' HR experience, including 2–3 years in a manager or senior adviser role.
• Experience building or significantly improving HR functions.
• Broad HR generalist experience, including recruitment and employee relations.
• Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act 2009, the National Employment Standards and modern awards.
• The ability to work independently and influence people at all levels, from graduates to directors.
• Sound judgement with confidential and sensitive matters.
