Job summary

Tandem Partners Pty Ltd. is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support with a strong ER/IR focus across Victoria and Tasmania, on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The role is hands-on, partnering with operational leaders and site teams to manage employee relations, investigations and leadership coaching. You will work with general managers and frontline teams to deliver practical people solutions, navigate enterprise agreements and drive capability, change and workforce

Qualifications

• Experienced HRBP/HR Manager with operational/blue-collar workforce experience.
• Extensive experience managing complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise agreements and industrial relations frameworks.
• Experience supporting unionised and EA-covered workforces.
• Ability to build credibility with senior leaders and frontline employees.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational and senior leaders to deliver strategic HR support.
• Lead complex workplace investigations, grievances, misconduct matters and performance processes end-to-end.
• Provide guidance on enterprise agreements, employment legislation, policies and industrial instruments.
• Coach leaders through challenging employee relations matters and build capability.
• Support talent, succession, remuneration, workforce planning and performance processes.
• Contribute to organisational change and leadership development initiatives.
• Foster relationships with site-based workforces, union representatives and stakeholders.
