Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to partner with business leaders and provide strategic and operational HR support across the organisation. This permanent full-time role is based at our Victoria Park head office and requires someone who can work across diverse teams and managers to deliver high-quality HR partnering.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR advisory across the employee lifecycle including ER, recruitment, onboarding, PM, retention, succession and offboarding.
• Build strong partnerships with operational leaders and corporate stakeholders to align people strategies with business goals.
• Support development and implementation of HR strategies focused on continuous improvement and policy development.
• Lead HR processes while partnering with remuneration/benefits, payroll, recruitment, L&D, organisational development and HR administration.
• Coach leaders in performance management, disciplinary processes, grievances, investigations and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with Finance/IT/Corporate Services on budgeting, headcount planning, HR reporting and related initiatives.
• Prepare and present remuneration and other HR data analyses to inform decisions.
• Manage employee relations matters ensuring fair, compliant outcomes.

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to partner with business leaders and provide strategic and operational Human Resources support across the organisation. This is a permanent full-time position based at our Victoria Park head office. We are looking for someone flexible and adaptable, who can work across a variety of teams and managers. You will play an integral role within the HR team, providing both strategic and operational partnering across a wide range of HR activities including remuneration and benefits, employee engagement, performance management, workplace investigations, change management, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR advisory services across the employee lifecycle including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, retention, succession planning, and offboarding.
• Build strong partnerships with operational leaders and corporate stakeholders, providing pragmatic HR advice that aligns people strategies with business objectives.
• Support the development and implementation of HR strategies focused on continuous improvement, process optimisation, policy development.
• Lead key HR processes while partnering with other HR functions including remuneration and benefits, payroll, recruitment, learning and development, organisational development, HR administration.
• Coach and support leaders in performance management, disciplinary processes, grievance handling, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution to achieve positive and compliant outcomes.
• Partner with Finance, IT and Corporate Services teams to support workforce budgeting, organisational design, headcount planning, HR reporting, and people-related initiatives.
• Prepare and present analysis of remuneration and other HR data to inform business decisions
• Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, complaints, performance concerns, misconduct matters, and dispute resolution, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes.

What you’ll bring

• Demonstrated success in delivering generalist HR support and advice; experience at a senior level is highly regarded.
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent, with experience in Human Resources and/or Employee Relations.
• Experience within the resources industries is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
• A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to challenge current practices and contribute new ideas.
• The ability to challenge and positively influence others in a constructive and professional manner.
