Job summary

Enscope, a Perth-based provider of project management and engineering services, seeks a Senior Human Resources Advisor to deliver strategic HR guidance across industrial relations, employee relations and general HR matters across corporate, engineering and project sites.

This role requires strong judgement and the ability to manage complex, sensitive workplace issues in line with Enscope’s values and objectives.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in human resources, industrial relations, employment relations, law, business or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, commercially practical industrial relations advice to senior leaders, managers and project teams.
• Interpret and advise on legislation, modern awards, enterprise agreements, employment contracts, policies and practices.
• Develop, negotiate and interpret enterprise agreements and other industrial instruments.
• Assist with employee consultation on change, restructures, redundancies and project mobilisation/demobilisation.
• Manage complex employee relations matters including performance, misconduct, grievances and disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate with external advisers and maintain confidential employment records.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and supporting documentation.
• Support onboarding, performance reviews, remuneration reviews, and succession planning.
