Job summary

Service Stream is seeking a Senior Employee Data Officer in Melbourne to join the Transactional Services team. You will maintain the integrity of employee data across the lifecycle and support complex HR data processes.

You will mentor junior staff, balance accuracy with service delivery, and collaborate with Payroll, HR and operational stakeholders in a hybrid work setting (3 days in office, 2 from home).

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in employee data management, HR administration or payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and data management.

Responsibilities

• Process and quality-check employee data across onboarding, changes, transfers, contracts and terminations.
• Escalate complex queries and provide guidance to junior staff.
• Support stakeholders including Payroll, People & Experience, and operations.
• Manage ServiceNow ticket queues and workload prioritisation.
• Mentor Employee Data Officers and promote data governance.
