Rockhampton Regional Council is seeking a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Rockhampton. You will be an advisor and trusted partner to senior leadership, aligning HR initiatives with the organisation's goals and guiding workforce strategy.

This role requires expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, talent management and effective employee relations, with a focus on engagement and retention. A thorough background check is required as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Experienced Senior HR Business Partner able to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Ability to advise on organisational design, workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.
• Proven ability to manage complex employee relations matters with regard to legislation and policy.

Responsabilités

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide expert advice on organisational design, workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.
• Act as trusted advisor on complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and policy & procedures.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
