Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR partnering to senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Advise on organisational design, workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.
• Manage complex employee relations matters in compliance with employment laws and policy & procedures.
• Analyse HR metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Support engagement and retention initiatives across the Council.
