Job summary

SOILCO Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to partner with leaders, delivering trusted, practical and commercially focused advice that strengthens teams. This generalist role covers employee relations, culture, change, leadership coaching and workforce initiatives to help the business thrive.

You will work across remuneration frameworks, capability development and HR policy design, supporting a positive, high-performing workplace with full Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Senior HR Advisor level generalist HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Modern Awards.
• Experience managing complex employee relations matters.
• Experience coaching and influencing leaders.
• Exposure to organisational change and workforce initiatives including M&A.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted advice and coaching to leaders
• Manage employee relations, performance and workplace matters
• Partner with leaders to support organisational change, workforce planning and organisation design
• Support leadership, learning and capability development
• Contribute to remuneration, competency and HR policy frameworks across the group
• Lead and support People & Culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with HSEQ and business leaders on people related workplace matters.
