  • Leading cyclical HR activities including performance, talent and annual people processes

  • Supporting organisational growth and workforce planning initiatives

  • Driving employee engagement and people-focused initiatives

  • Ensuring compliance with Australian employment legislation and company policies

  • Partnering with global HR colleagues to implement people programs locally

About You

You are an experienced HR generalist who enjoys being close to the business and comfortable operating autonomously in a standalone HR role.

You will bring:

  • Proven HR generalist experience at HR Manager or HRBP level

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

  • Confidence partnering with senior leaders in a professional services, legal, consulting or corporate environment

  • Sound employee relations experience and knowledge of Australian employment legislation

  • A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves

  • The ability to balance operational delivery with business partnering responsibilities

  • Strong communication skills and commercial judgement

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
