Job summary

Forrestania Resources is seeking a Heritage & Native Title Advisor to lead heritage, Native Title and land access activities across Western Australia’s gold hubs. The role collaborates with exploration, operations, legal and external stakeholders to deliver timely, compliant responses while engaging respectfully with Traditional Owners.

Qualifications

• Experience in heritage, Native Title, land access or cultural heritage roles within mining, resources or government.
• Strong understanding of WA heritage legislation, Native Title processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Confident communicator with ability to build trust with Traditional Owners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage heritage surveys, clearances and reporting across multiple project areas.
• Coordinate Native Title and land access processes, including agreements and compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with Traditional Owners, PBCs, and heritage consultants.
• Advise exploration and operations on heritage constraints and land access requirements.
• Maintain records and documentation for heritage and Native Title matters.
• Support regulatory submissions and compliance reporting.
• Ensure engagement reflects respectful, culturally aware heritage management.
