Job summary

Genesis Minerals is seeking a Manager Heritage & Native Title to lead Aboriginal heritage, native title, cultural heritage management and engagement across exploration, development, operations and closure. You will report to the Head of Land & External Relations and build strong relationships with Traditional Owners, government agencies and external consultants.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in heritage and native title roles within mining, resources or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Western Australian and Commonwealth heritage and native title legislation and risk management principles.
• Proven experience working with Aboriginal communities and Traditional Owners in WA.
• Strong negotiation, consultation and conflict resolution capability.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
