Job summary

MinRes is seeking a Lead for Aboriginal Cultural Heritage within our Environment & Heritage team in Western Australia. You will set strategic direction, support project development, and partner with Traditional Owners and Native Title Parties to embed heritage across all activities.

You will coach a high-performing heritage team, provide trusted advice to senior leaders, and drive governance, compliance and information management across heritage programs.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership in cultural heritage at scale across mining projects and operations.
• Proven ability to engage with Traditional Owners and Native Title Parties.
• Experience building and guiding a high-performing heritage team.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for heritage across projects, operations and exploration.
• Develop and maintain heritage management frameworks aligned with regulations and best practice.
• Lead surveys, assessments, approvals, field activities and stakeholder engagement.
