Job summary

Civica, based in Australia, seeks a Program Manager for its Health division to lead a portfolio of Private Health Insurance customers. You will serve as a trusted senior point of contact and drive cross-functional delivery with Product and Engineering to ensure successful outcomes.

Based in Melbourne or Sydney with full work rights, you will forecast revenue, manage budgets and guide multi-workstream programs while nurturing long-term partnerships and delivering value to customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs and customer portfolios.
• Strong commercial acumen, including budgets, forecasting and customer investments.
• Excellent stakeholder management with executive customers.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of PHI customers, acting as trusted senior contact.
• Understand customer objectives and identify value-adding opportunities.
• Own and deliver a defined section of the Services revenue budget.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of funded customer initiatives.
• Forecast revenue, manage risks and ensure commitments are delivered.
• Oversee delivery with Project Managers on timelines, scope and quality.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define and deliver solutions.
• Coordinate stakeholders to manage dependencies and reduce risk.
• Support customer retention and long-term partnerships.
