Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
• Experience in CRM, loyalty, lifecycle, customer or growth marketing.
• Proven success using engagement, retention and loyalty strategies to deliver commercial results.
• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end campaigns, driving commercial growth and business outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with customer insights, segmentation and behavioural data.
• A track record of leading high-performing marketing teams.
• Commercial acumen across revenue growth, customer value and marketing ROI.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in gaming, hospitality, tourism, entertainment or another customer-led environment is highly regarded.

• Lead lifecycle marketing across acquisition, engagement, retention and reactivation.

• Partner across Gaming, VIP, Loyalty, Hotel, Food & Beverage, Entertainment and Operations.
• Execute approved plans and campaigns.
• Lead and develop a high-performing, accountable team.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, regulatory and responsible gaming requirements.
