Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin is seeking a commercially focused Senior Manager Growth Marketing to drive customer growth across Gaming, Accommodation and F&B. You will lead loyalty and engagement strategies, turning insights into personalised campaigns with measurable ROI.

You’ll manage a high-performing marketing team, partner across departments and ensure privacy/regulatory compliance while delivering revenue and lifetime value growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
• Experience in CRM, loyalty, lifecycle, customer or growth marketing.
• Proven success using engagement and retention strategies to drive commercial results.
• Experience leading end-to-end campaigns and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer growth, loyalty and retention strategies aligned to revenue goals.
• Grow loyalty membership, engagement and retention.
• Lead lifecycle marketing across acquisition, engagement, retention and reactivation.
• Increase visitation, spend and lifetime value across Gaming, Accommodation and F&B.
• Deliver targeted campaigns and promotions with measurable ROI.
• Use customer data, segmentation and market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Partner across Gaming, VIP, Loyalty, Hotel, F&B, Entertainment and Operations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing, accountable team.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, regulatory and responsible gaming requirements.
