MAYE is a fast-growing Australian womenswear ecommerce brand seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own performance marketing and strategic growth. You'll partner with the Founder to identify opportunities, shape strategy and drive profitable expansion across Australia and the US.

The role requires hands-on management of paid campaigns, creative production oversight and a strong commercial mindset to optimise revenue and customer lifetime value.

Qualifications

• Senior growth/ performance marketing experience, ideally in a successful DTC fashion, beauty or lifestyle brand.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities to drive profitable revenue across channels.
• Analyse marketing performance and customer behaviour to improve acquisition, conversion and retention.
• Evaluate paid marketing performance and scale high-impact channels.
• Lead campaigns from concept to execution, including briefs and creative direction.
• Oversee shoots/content production and align marketing with product launches and inventory.
