• Own growth engineering for the US squad from discovery to delivery, shipping high-impact customer-facing experiments.
• Build, measure and decide the fate of experiments behind a toggle, ensuring reversibility and instrumentation.
• Define and uphold architecture and quality across the growth surface, collaborating with product and leadership.
