Job summary

NSW Resources, a division of DPIRD, is seeking a Senior Programs Officer to lead planning, implementation and evaluation of major initiatives in the NSW resources sector. You will partner with industry, agencies and internal teams to provide expert grant program management advice and drive governance, risk and performance frameworks for regional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing complex grant programs, projects from planning through to delivery, monitoring and completion.
• Strong governance, risk management and compliance capability, including reporting and oversight of funded projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and clear advisory capability across industry and government.
• Written and verbal communication skills including briefs, submissions and program documentation.

Responsibilities
