The role is based in Sydney with regional NSW options, offering a flexible/hybrid working environment and a strong emphasis on governance, budgeting, and stakeholder collaboration. Salary aligns with Clerk Grade 9/10 levels.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in civil engineering / construction management or related field.
• Experience delivering end-to-end infrastructure projects.
• Experience with grants management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, resourcing, and execution of complex projects against time, cost, and quality goals.
• Build productive relationships through effective communication and strategic advice.
• Monitor risks, quality standards, and benefits realization for successful outcomes.
• Guide project teams with compliance, milestones, and evidence-based decisions.
