Job summary

Pinaka Technology Solutions is seeking a Release Train Engineer to support a large-scale transformation program in the Australian public sector. The role requires orchestrating across policy, legislation, regulatory reform and technology delivery to ensure alignment and clear delivery outcomes.

You will manage dependencies, facilitate planning and maintain governance and stakeholder confidence across multiple workstreams and releases, in a hybrid Canberra-based setup.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading large-scale government transformation programs.
• Extensive SAFe or comparable scaled agile delivery experience.
• Proven experience in Business Design and Systems Implementation.
• Experience working in highly regulated government environments with governance requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management at exec and senior levels.
• Experience facilitating Program Increment planning and large-scale planning events.
• Understanding of program and portfolio management disciplines.
• Active AGSVA Negative Vetting Level 1 clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of a large-scale government transformation program in SAFe.
• Align release trains with Solution Train Engineer and support planning and execution.
• Coordinate multiple releases, cross-discipline teams, and regulatory initiatives.
• Promote alignment, transparency and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Support planning, delivery reporting and informed decision-making.
• Ensure legislative and regulatory outcomes align with business change and technology.
• Manage cross-stream dependencies, risks and delivery challenges.
• Support Program Increment planning and execution.
• Ensure program increments meet governance and enterprise architecture standards.
