Job summary

Bupa Australia is seeking an experienced BMVS Governance Lead to strengthen clinical and operational governance across the BMVS portfolio. You will leverage data and insights to drive improvements, manage incidents, audits, and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with clinical and operational teams to deliver meaningful governance outcomes.

You will coordinate governance data, lead quarterly reporting to the Board, and drive continuous improvement in a highly regulated environment,

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, risk and assurance in a regulated environment.
• Ability to translate data and insights into practical actions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end incident and complaint management from investigation to remediation.
• Maintain oversight of corrective actions from audits, incidents, and regulatory reviews.
• Lead risk and compliance assessments to strengthen control environment across BMVS.
• Coordinate plans to ensure current, compliant governance aligned with review cycles.
• Deliver quarterly governance reporting across Business Unit, APAC and Board levels.
• Support internal and external audits with coordination and reporting of outcomes.
• Identify emerging risks and opportunities for continuous improvement using data insights.
• Chair governance forums and provide oversight across BMVS Communities of Practice.
• Lead SharePoint governance and document management standards.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience teams to improve customer outcomes.
