Job summary

Bupa, a global health leader, is seeking a Manager, Clinical Assurance & Risk to lead clinical governance across APAC from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide. The role reports to the Chief Risk Officer and offers a permanent hybrid arrangement.

You will provide expert governance advice, lead audits and data insights, identify risks, and develop executive dashboards to support informed decisions. A nursing degree with APHRA registration and 5+ years clinical experience are required.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree with current unconditional AHPRA registration.
• At least five years of clinical experience and three years in governance, quality or risk.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with senior management and clinicians.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Experience with clinical information systems and governance data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical assurance and governance guidance across APAC.
• Lead audits, reviews and data analysis to improve governance performance.
• Identify and mitigate clinical governance risks; strengthen controls and registers.
• Monitor regulatory changes and support compliance with governance requirements.
• Develop executive reporting, dashboards and insights for decision-making.
