• Experience in governance within a highly regulated environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Experience in first line of defence and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end incident and complaint management from investigation to remediation.
• Maintain oversight of corrective actions from audits, incidents and regulatory reviews.
• Lead clinical and operational risk and compliance assessments.
• Coordinate contractual and departmental governance plans and review cycles.
• Deliver quarterly governance reporting across BMVS, APAC and Board.
• Support internal and external audit activities and track outcomes.
